At Satvik Mart, your satisfaction and trust are important to us. We take utmost care in sourcing, packing, and delivering our food products to ensure you receive them in perfect condition. However, if there is an issue, we're here to help.
1. Returns & Replacements
Due to the perishable and consumable nature of our food products, we currently do not accept returns once an order is delivered. However, we will offer a replacement or refund in the following situations:
Product received is damaged or leaked
You received the wrong item
Product is expired at the time of delivery
Packaging is tampered
To be eligible, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
Order ID
Clear photos/videos of the product and packaging
A brief description of the issue
Once verified, we’ll arrange a replacement or issue a refund as per your preference.
2. Cancellations
You may cancel your order before it is shipped. Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.

3. Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be made via bank transfer after confirmation.
